As Project Lead for a seven-member consultancy team at the University of York, I led a consultancy project for the social impact organisation, Can Marketing Save the Planet. Our objective was to evaluate sustainability practices across a range of industries, identifying gaps between public commitments and business practices. Drawing on primary and secondary research, we developed evidence-based recommendations to help the client advise organisations on strengthening their sustainability strategies

Led a seven-member consultancy team, overseeing project planning, research, data collection and the final client presentation to ensure the project was delivered successfully and on schedule.
